Vine Brook Oven at Vine Brook Tavern

Starting on July 22nd, Vine Brook Tavern will offer signature artisanal pizzas to go through their new pizza program, Vine Brook Oven.  

The Vine Brook Oven menu will offer hand-tossed, thin crust pizzas to go only, fresh from the Vine Brook Tavern kitchen.  The menu will feature Executive Chef Chris Frothingham's signature pizzas such as the Hawaiian with spam, pineapple, furikake, sticky soy, and pineapple sage or the Béchamel & Brussels with caramelized onions.


The Vine Brook Oven menu also allows pizza lovers to build their own pies using a variety of both traditional and imaginative toppings.  Pizzas are available for carry out only and can be picked up daily during regular restaurant hours.
