PHOTOS: Lexington Symphony Kids' Workshop this Sunday

Lexington Symphony's bi-annual Kids Workshop and Concert is this weekend.

On Sunday, March 25 in , Lexington Symphony offers its bi-annual - a kid-friendly version of an orchestral concert. Designed for children 4 years of age and up, this event brings music to kids in an up-close, hands-on way.

At the workshop at 2 p.m., kids can try out the instruments of the orchestra and conduct their own group of players! The concert, to follow at 3 p.m., will feature Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, plus music by Nielsen, Dvořák, and more.

Kids 4 & up: $10; Adults: $20

Tickets for kids ages 4 and up are $10, $20 for adults. They're available online, at the door one hour prior to the event or at the located at 1838 Mass. Ave. in Lexington Center!
