Voters Educate Barrett

State Senate candidate Mike Barrett continues talking to voters about important issues.

Mike Barrett, Democrat running for the local State Senate seat, is holding “Educate the Candidate” meetings in August and September. Endorsed by Cong. Barney Frank, former State Sen. Carol Amick and State Rep. Jay Kaufman – and informed by 17 years each in the private and public sectors – Barrett emphasizes environmental protection, education, healthcare, human services and the economy.

Last Saturday, Barrett spoke to Weston voters outside Bruegger's and again at the town's Transfer Station.  Conversations ranged from the state's business climate to the cost of healthcare.
