Community Update

The noise from the lot behind Panera during the 11-6 noise ordinance period is terrible. There are deliveries & cleaning services that can continue for an hour at a time, e.g., at 11:15 PM on Sundays & 3 AM on Mondays! This Mon PM was terrible at 3 -4 AM.  The lot is flanked by a 30-unit condominium and 3 houses. We all suffer, especially those with sleeping problems to begin with! Calling the police doesn't seem to have a result. Itwould be so nice if an officer would hang out there regularly (until s/he was called for another problem of course). 
Who else is bothered by this? Maybe we should start a petition?
