Saturday, October 12-
At 9:21 a.m. a Barberry Road resident reported a suspicious male walking in rear yard. Caller said that morning a balding white male wearing a suit and tie walked through their back yard and got into a Lexus and drove away. Area was checked, unable to locate.
Sunday, October 13-
At 12:28 a.m. there was a noise complaint regarding a loud party on Woburn Street.
At 1:32 p.m. there was a report of a larceny of a bicycle on Mass. Avenue.
At 3:27 p.m. there was a report of larceny of a bicycle on Depot Square.
At 5:24 p.m. An off-duty police officer observed an ATV on Marrett road. The operator was speeding, passed several cars, and when police tried to stop it it fled into the woods under power lines. Police checked the area but were unable to locate.
Monday, October 14-
At 1:05 p.m. there was a report of a hit and run accident on Concord Avenue.
At 2:49 p.m. there was a report of a hit and run accident on Pleasant Street.
At 6:30 p.m. a former resident came to report that when she lived in Lexington in 2008 a credit card was opened in her name and someone racked up a $1,600 balance. The woman said she tried to report it to the credit card company and they requested a police report.
Tuesday, October 15-
At 8:02 p.m. there was a report of a larceny-theft from a building on Bedford Street. A Wallet was stolen from the sports club on Bedford Street sometime between 7-9 p.m. from an unlocked locker. A vest was taken along with the wallet with $40 in cash and credit cards.
