Dirt Bike Rider Reported on Conservation Land, Hit and Run Accident

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, September 23-

At 9:28 a.m. police and fire responded to Mass Avenue for burning wires.

At 4:46 p.m. a Turning Mill Road caller reported a dirt bike rider in the conservation land.

At 6:32 p.m. someone turned in property found related to previous breaking and entering on Childs Road. Somebody found a backpack that had been stolen from a motor vehicle.

Tuesday, September 24-

There was a motor vehicle stop with an operator driving without a license at 9:39 a.m. on Grove Street. Citation issued and vehicle towed.

At 10:16 a.m. there was a report of a suspicious vehicle on Marrett Road at Wilson Road. Vehicle checked okay. 

At 7:22 p.m. a caller reported a hit and run at the Boston Sports Club on Bedford Street. Damage to parked vehicle with white paint left behind.

At 8:15 p.m. there was a report of an erratic driver on Lowell Street and East Street.
