Man Arrested for Assault and Battery, Woman Charged With Operating Under the Influence

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, October 4-

Police arrested Azad Terzian, 28, of 34 Flint Road, Watertown, on charges of breaking and entering during the day with intent to commit a larceny.

At 5:25 p.m. there was a report of a vandalism of property on Marrett Road. A car window smashed sometime between 1 p.m. and the time of the call.

At 8:24 p.m. there was a warrant arrest for residential breaking and entering.

Saturday, October 5-

Police arrested Douglas Desouza, 28, of 31 Montville Avenue, Woburn, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license and on a warrant.

Police arrested Nancy Early, 55, of 59 Milton St., Arlington, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Police arrested Yan Lou, 49, of 44 Middle Street, Lexington, on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Arrest made for Domestic assault and battery at 8:09 p.m. on Middle Street.

Warrant arrest made at 9:35 a.m. on Maple Street following a traffic stop. Outstanding warrant for operating without a license.

At 9:29 p.m. there was a report of threats on Whipple Road. There was an altercation reported by two youths. They were taking a walk in the woods when approached by other high school age kids and got into a verbal altercation. Nothing physical happened. Parents called to pick up reporting parties.

 

Sunday, October 6-

There was an arrest made for domestic assault and battery on Bedford street at 9:53 a.m.
