Man Arrested for Driving Under Influence of Drugs and Carrying Dangerous Weapon
The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sunday, December 22-
At 12:47 a.m. police cited a driver for operating without a license on Bedford Street.
At 1:28 a.m. there was a report of a domestic dispute- argument on Parker Street.

At 1:52 a.m. there was a report of a disturbance – house party, on Judges Road.
At 11:56 a.m. police issued a citation to a driver for operating with an expired registration on Bedford Street.

At 4:36 p.m. there was a report of an erratic driver on Lowell Street.
At 7:38 p.m. there was a report of a domestic dispute- argument, on Lexington Ridge Raod.
At 9:15 p.m. there was a report of a domestic dispute – argument, on Blueberry Lane.
Monday, December 23-
Police arrested Joshua Mendoza, 18, of 41 Eddy Street, Waltham, on a warrant for drug possession from Waltham Police Department.
Police arrested Alexandar Picard, 18, of 343 Russell Street, Carlisle, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, possession of a dangerous weapon and a cell phone violation. Arrest made at 10:04 p.m. on Bedford Street. The arrest came after a traffic stop. The weapon was a switch blade.
At 6:28 a.m. there was a noise complaint for construction work on Banks Avenue.
At 1:11 p.m. there was a report of a hit and run accident on Massachusetts Avenue.
At 1:47 p.m. there was a report of a hit and run accident at Massachusetts Avenue and Depot Square.
At 2:26 p.m. there was a report of a burglary/breaking and entering on Waltham Street. A caller from Brookhaven retirement community saw a subject behind the building and thought he may be trying to break into a unit. Police responded, three parties located, and one was placed under arrest on outside warrant.
At 4:05 p.m. there was a report of a burglary/breaking and entering on Blossomcrest Road. Resident reported that between 10:30 a.m. and the time of the call someone entered house by forcing open a back door. Unknown if anything is missing.
