Man Arrested for OUI and Leaving Scene of Property Damage, Vandalism Reported

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, December 1-

Police arrested Paulo Henriques, 36, of 49 Gordon Street, Malden, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene after property damage and a marked lanes violation. Arrest made at 1:25 a.m. after a crash on Massachusetts Avenue.

At 12:34 a.m. there was a report of a disturbance – house party, on Ross Road.

At 5:08 p.m. there was a report of an erratic driver in a burgundy Jeep on Woburn Street.

Monday, December 2-

At 6:49 a.m. there was a noise complaint on Lincoln Street for construction too early.

At 12:21 p.m. there was a report of malicious destruction of property on Bedford Street. Someone cut cords to night lights in walkway and a flower bed was damaged. Under investigation.

 

Tuesday, December 3-

At 5:42 p.m. there was a report of a past motor vehicle breaking and entering on Ledgelawn Avenue.
