Multiple Vehicle Break-Ins at Sports Club, Attempted Robbery of Inn

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, November 12-

 At 6:18 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at the Sports Club on Bedford Street. Right front window smashed and briefcase with cell phone and camera inside taken. Incident occurred between 5:30 and 6:15 p.m.

At 6:26 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at the Sports Club on Bedford Street. Window smash and purse and coach bag valued at $200 taken. Bag also contained a wallet, license and credit cards and $25 in cash. Also missing were $250 Rayband sunglasses, $200 glasses and a $300 phone. Break occurred between 5:40 and 6:15 p.m.

At 6:40 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at the Sports Club on Bedford Street. The driver side window was smashed and a $3,000 laptop was stolen. Break occurred between 6 and 6:15 p.m. 

At 6:51 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at the Sports Club on Bedford Street sometime between 6 and 6:15 p.m. The passenger front window was smashed and a leather bag stolen containing $600 worth of restaurant gift cards, $100 in cash, license and credit cards were was taken.

At 6:55 p.m. there was a report of a breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at the Sports Club on Bedford Street sometime between 6 and 6:15 p.m. Rear window smashed but nothing was missing. 

At 11:10 p.m. there was a report of an attempted robbery at the Quality Inn on Bedford Street. Desk clerk reports that around 8:30 p.m. a male wearing a hat pulled down over her eyes came in and demanded cash. Clerk said she didn’t have any cash and the subject left.

 

Wednesday, November 13-

Police arrested Sharon Bussey, 54, of 1475 Massachusetts Avenue on a warrant for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

Police arrested Gregory Flett, 25, of 472 Marrett Road, Lexington, on warrants.
