NH Man Charged With OUI After Crashing and Crashing

Police responded to a report that a man was unresponsive in his vehicle on Spring Street and charged him with OUI after he allegedly fled, struck a crosswalk signal and was pulled over on Marrett Road.

A New Hampsire man is facing charges of driving drunk and damaging property after his arrest early Sunday morning in Lexington.

According to a police report, at 6:14 a.m., Aug. 21, officers were called to a reported medical emergency on Spring Street, where 39-year-old Narcisse D. Siewe was allegedly unresponsive inside his vehicle, which was stopped in the middle of the road as his foot rested on the brake.

Upon the arrival of police cruisers, Siewe allegedly drove away from the scene and struck a crosswalk signal in the area before he was pulled over on Marrett Road, near the .

After the motor vehicle stop, police reportedly determined Siewe was operating under the influence of liquor and placed him under arrest, according to Lt. Jim Barry, a spokesman for the .

From information available Monday afternoon, it was unclear how Siewe wound up passed out inside his vehicle in the middle of Spring Street. It was also unclear who contacted police about the medical.

Siewe, of 64 Profile Circle, Nashua, NH, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, marked lane violation and traffic signal violation.
