Lexington Golf Club Worker Possibly Struck by Lightning

The incident happened on Hill Street Wednesday morning.

A Lexington Golf Club maintenance worker was possibly struck by lightning Wednesday morning.

The incident was reported at about 8:45 a.m. near Hill Street

The worker was conscious and alert; it was immediately unclear if he was indeed hit by lightning, according to WCVB-TV.

At about the same time Wednesday, lightning sparked a fire on Tufts Road.

A heavy band of rain accompanied the lightning strikes.
