Monday, July 15
12:39 a.m. – Police responded to a report of trash pickers in the area of Follen and Summit roads.
10:51 a.m. – Alleged misuse of a handicap placard was reported on Bedford Street.

3:46 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Bedford Street and Hartwell Avenue.
10:20 p.m. – A Concord Avenue home was reportedly egged.

11:29 p.m. – A report of loud noises came in from Grove Street.
Tuesday, July 16
12:44 a.m. – Noise complaints came in from Dunham Street.
2:22 a.m. – A motor vehicle reported stolen on Sunday, July 14 was recovered on North Street. According to the incident report, the vehicle was allegedly stolen from a Stedman Road residence. The matter remains under investigation.
8:57 a.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle break on Mass Ave.
12:44 p.m. – Police responded to a reported dispute between construction workers on Katahdin Drive.
3:27 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Waltham Street.
9:20 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic on Childs Road.
Wednesday, July 17
7:42 a.m. – Police responded to a reported hit-and-run accident on Bedford Street.
1:58 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Hartwell Ave and Wood Street.
5:16 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic on Spring Street. As a result, Derek Mark O’Loughlin, 30, of 11 Burnside St., Lowell, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.
10:28 p.m. – Police responded to a report of loud explosions on Mass Ave.
Thursday, July 18
4:02 a.m. – Police responded to a reported commercial burglary at a Mass Ave business. According to the incident report, a jogger reported hearing an alarm and seeing a white man and white woman running away from the area. The responding officers confirmed there was a break-in at the business. A search of the area turned up no suspects, but the matter remains under investigation.
8:02 a.m. – A parking complaint came in from the area of Shade and Weston streets.
9:12 a.m. – Cash was reported stolen on Marrett Road.
10:37 a.m. – Police responded to a report of rocks in the roadway in the area of Bedford Street and the bikeway.
5 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Maple Street and Emerson Gardens Road.
9:11 p.m. – Police responded to a reported disturbance on Bedford Street.
10:48 p.m. – A disturbance involving reported “loud bangs” was reported on Bedford Street.
