Police Log: Accidents and a Reported Home Invasion

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, July 26

2:26 a.m. – A noise complaint came in from Asbury Street.

9:04 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Concord Avenue and Spring Street.

11:01 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Bedford Street, Anthony Debenedictis, 49, of 18 Oriole Drive, Bedford, NH, was arrested on an outside warrant.

4:46 p.m. – Police responded to a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Bedford and Hancock streets.

Saturday, July 27

9:37 a.m. – A dog complaint came in from Westwood Road.

2:07 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident on Bedford Street.

2:58 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of East Street and Fox Run Lane.

5:25 p.m. – Police responded to a reported residential breaking and entering on Adams Street.

6:10 p.m. – Police responded to a reported verbal mother-daughter domestic on Calvin Street.

11:26 p.m. – A fireworks complaint came in from Russell Road.

Sunday, July 28

10:51 a.m. – Police received some information about a reportedly stolen bicycle on Ridge Avenue.

1:03 p.m. – A Braemore Terrace resident reported a problem in which a landscaper is allegedly not returning to finish a job. The matter is under investigation.

2:48 p.m. – Police were called to Mass Ave for a report of a possibly intoxicated man.  As a result, Lexington man was taken into protective custody.

8:21 p.m. – Officers are investigating a reported home invasion on Sunny Knoll Terrace. According to police, the alleged incident occurred weeks ago, and is currently under investigation.
