Police Log: Accidents and (Allegedly) Drunk Drivers

Lexington Police incident reports from June 10 to June 12. The following information was supplied by the Lexington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction

Friday, June 10
1:40 a.m. – Security Police from Hanscom Air Force Base reported they had someone at the Hartwell Avenue gate who they suspected was operating under the influence. Lexington Police arrived at the scene and determined Sean T. MacDowell, 22, of 270 Andover St., Billerica, was indeed operating under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the Bedford Police Station for a breath test and then brought back to Lexington for booking.
10:43 a.m. – A loose dog was reported on Suzanne Road.
5:23 p.m. – Offiers investigated a motor vehicle accident on Massachusetts Avenue and Grant Street.
6:56 p.m. – A parking complaint came in from Middleby Road.
9:32 p.m. – Officers received a report of a bicycle stolen from Bedford Street.
11:23 p.m. – A loud house party was reported on Circle Road.
11:57 p.m. – Officers responded to Stratham Road for a report of possible fireworks.

Saturday, June 11
2:09 a.m. – A motor vehicle accident at Waltham Street and Concord Avenue led to the arrest of for operating under the influence. Lisa Michelle Lahaie, 23 of 25 Granville Avenue, Medford, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation.
8:01 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Asbury Street.
9:36 a.m. – A pair of bicycles were found on Hartwell Avenue.
11:54 a.m. – A Middle Street resident reported someone put a poster to “impeach” President Obama on a tree in her yard.
1:17 p.m. – A Spring Street resident reported sometime overnight the rear window to his SUV was broken.
4:20 p.m. – Officers responded to a domestic dispute on Smith Avenue.
9:12 p.m. – A Stedman Road resident reportedly did not like the music playing in a neighbor’s apartment and began continuously ringing the doorbell and banging on the walls to make the music stop. Police asked that the music be lowered and told the caller to stop banging on the walls and ringing the bell.
11 p.m. – Officers responded to a reported domestic dispute on Peacock Farm Road.

Sunday, June 12
12:13 a.m. – A noise complaint came in from Lincoln Street.
12:24 a.m. – A suspicious motor vehicle was reportedly parked on Barrett Road.
1:56 a.m. – Officers responded to a domestic dispute on Stevens Road.
2:46 a.m. – An officer pulled over a vehicle on Mass Ave and Marrett Road after it passed him and he noticed it traveling on a flat tire and with damage to the right side. The driver, Hannah R. Butera, 22, of 36 Boske Road, Maynard, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation.
4:22 p.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street.
5:01 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Mass Ave.
7:50 p.m. – A Providence man came into the station looking for help finding a friend who left a distressing message asking to be picked up in Lexington.  She was located with another male in an apartment off Waltham Street. There was an apparent miscommunication.
