Police Log: Drug Arrest, Car Stolen Out of Driveway
The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Friday, July 12
2:36 a.m. – Lexington Police arrested two men after stopping a car on Lowell Street. The driver, Alexander R. Trepler, 21 of 60 Paul Revere Road in Arlington, was arrested on charges of possession of a Class D drug, driving with a suspended license and speeding. Also, passenger Carl Dejean, 24, of 71 Webster St. in Randolph, was arrested on a warrant from Quincy District Court for driving with a suspended license.
3:42 a.m. – Police went to Spring St. for a domestic disturbance. Michael Z. Santos, 39, of 83A Spring St. in Lexington, was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

9:49 a.m. – A hit and run accident with property damage was reported at Bedford and Hancock streets.
10:05 a.m. – A tree limb fell at Highland Avenue and Percy Road.

Saturday, July 13
6:40 a.m. – Electrical wires fell and were arching on Bedford Street.
2:50 p.m. – A bicycle was stolen from Depot Square.
Sunday, July 14
8:36 a.m. – A 2012 Toyota Prius was stolen out of a driveway on Stedman Road.
11:25 a.m. – A barbecue grill worth $400 was stolen from a home on Lexington Ridge Drive.
