Police Log: Hit-and-Runs, Domestics and an OUI Arrest

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Aug. 5

1:55 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Mass Ave and Barnes Place, Nancy D. Early, 55, of 29 Peacock Farm Road, Lexington, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and open container violation.

9:25 a.m. – A disabled motor vehicle was reported in the area of Concord Avenue and Spring Street.

11:49 a.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Leonard Street.

1:15 p.m. – Police responded to a report of an argument in the street in the area of Webster Road and Lawn Lane. As a result, Cameron Michael Maron, 19, of 528 Fox Hollow Drive, Hudson, NH, was arrested on a Lexington warrant.

1:58 p.m. – A Bartlett Avenue resident reported suspicious activity involving two men in the backyard.

6:44 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Mass Ave. Luis Ramos Cruz, 38, of 118 Raymond St., Fall River, was arrested on a warrant out of Fall River.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

10:06 a.m. – Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Mill Brook Road.

12:56 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic dispute on Vaille Avenue.

1:43 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Follen and Dawes roads.

10:15 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Springs Street.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

6:25 a.m. – Police responded to a reported pedestrian accident on Lincoln Street.

10:19 a.m. – A DPW vehicle was reportedly involved in a minor motor vehicle accident in the area of Bedford and Hancock streets.

2:47 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Minola Road and Highland.

4:45 p.m. – Police responded to a reported hit-and-run accident on Bedford Street.

9:31 p.m. – A noise complaint came in from Mass Ave.

10:43 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Allen Street and Stedman Road, Nathan Paul Sandsbury, 26, of 102 Newbury St., Danvers, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after his license was revoked, no inspection sticker and defective equipment.

Thursday, Aug. 8

6:52 a.m. – A noise complaint came in from Camellia Place.

9:13 a.m. – A hit-and-run accident with property damage was reported on Sheridan Street.

12:02 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a theft from a locker on Bedford Street.

3:03 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Lowell and East streets.
