Police Log: Intoxictated Teens, Pot and Suspicious Activity

The following information from Feb. 17 to Feb. 20 was provided by the Lexington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Feb. 17

10:12 a.m. – A suspicious motor vehicle was reported on Oak Street.

2:36 p.m. – A parking complaint came in regarding a concrete truck in the area of Rolling Lane and School Street.

3:16 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic argument on Mass Ave.

4:42 p.m. – Police spoke to two individuals regarding a possible road rage incident that occurred in the area of Waltham Street and Brookside Avenue.  According to the police report, one man thought another was taking pictures of his car and his children, and began driving after the other man, honking his horn. As it turns out, the man accused of taking pictures did not even have a camera.

5:09 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported in the area of Eldred Street.

7:05 p.m. – A noise complaint came in front Stedman Road.

9:59 p.m. – A suspicious motor vehicle was reported in the area of Bedford and Reed streets.

11:35 p.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street.

Saturday, Feb. 18

12:42 a.m. – Police were called to the Hartwell Avenue gate to Hanscom Air Force Base to assist with an individual in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police issued a civil citation.

8:29 a.m. – A motor vehicle was found in the woods between Bacon Street and Marrett Road. According to the police report, the vehicle had become stuck in the mud when its driver attempted to turn around on the narrow roadway.

4:25 p.m. – Officers assisted with a motor vehicle lockout on Bedford Street.

10:13 p.m. – A motor vehicle stop in the area of Bedford and Winter streets resulted in the arrest of Jose G. Silva, 45, of 119 Temple St., Somerville, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and a warrant out of Canton for operating without a license.

Sunday, Feb. 19

1:06 a.m. – Patrol officers responded to a report of minors with alcohol in the area of the Bridge School on Middleby Road. The found four minors, one of whom was intoxicated and lying on the ground. After he was checked out by an ambulance crew, all four were released to their parents.

1:51 p.m. – A hubcap was reported missing from Seaborn Place.

9:03 p.m. – Police responded to Mass Ave and Edison Way to assist with a civil dispute between an employer and employee.

Monday, Feb. 20

2:28 a.m. – Police investigated a possible breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Mass Ave after a person looking out the window noticed two people across the street apparently breaking into a neighbor’s vehicle.

9:28 a.m. – A Woodcliffe Road resident reported a breaking and entering to the home.

4:41 p.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on Lawrence Lane.

6:45 p.m. – Police responded to a reported domestic dispute on Parker Street.

11:17 p.m. – Police responding to a report of a loud house party on Wood Street arrested a Belmont teen for assault and battery on an officer and resisting arrest. Jesse W. Larson, 17, of 23 Douglas Road, Belmont, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. He also received a civil citation for possession of marijuana.
