Police Log: Possible Copper Theft, Arrest for Destruction of Property

Tuesday, June 25
8:56 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Mass Ave, Timothy P. Chapman, 33, of 519 South Main St., Andover, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after his license was suspended and operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration.

2:18 a.m. – An officer checked out a possible copper wire theft on Hartwell Avenue
10:26 a.m. – A bicycle was reported stolen from Sheridan Street.

10:35 a.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident on Marrett Road.
12:10 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle on Worthen Road.
2:20 p.m. – Police responded to a reported larceny of cash from a building on Marrett Road
4:24 p.m. – A breaking and entering to a motor vehicle was reported in the area of East Street and Douglas Road.
11:28 p.m. – Police responded to a report of damage to property on Whipple Road. As a result, Louis V. Quartararo, 21, of 200 Falls Blvd., Quincy, was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property worth more than $250.
Saturday, June 29
12:05 a.m. – Police responded to multiple reports of malicious destruction of property on Emerson Gardens and Bryant roads.
8:34 a.m. – A parking complaint came in reporting a motor vehicle parked by a hydrant on Davis Road.
9:46 a.m. – A walker was reported stolen from Greeley Village.
10:07 a.m. – A past breaking-and-entering was reported on Emerson Gardens Road.
3:14 p.m. – Police responded to a reported dog bite in the area of Woburn Street and Fletcher Avenue.
7:57 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Mass Ave and Hibbert Street.
Sunday, June 30
12:35 a.m. – Police responded to a reported suspicious motor vehicle in the Royal Circle area.
2:18 a.m. – A call came in reporting a moving van loading items in the area of Lowell and East streets.
8:05 p.m. – Police responded to a reported disabled motor vehicle in the area of Route 128.
11:34 p.m. – Officers responded to a reported incidence of marijuana use on North Street.
