Monday, Jan. 2
1:13 p.m. – Police responded to a parking complaint involving vehicles parked in a fire lane on Bedford Street.
2:02 p.m. – A Kathadin Drive resident reported a vehicle keyed on its passenger side.

6 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a wallet stolen from a Bedford Street building.
8:38 p.m. – Another wallet was reportedly stolen from a Bedford Street building.

8:44 p.m. – Officers responded to a reported breaking and entering on Dane Road.
10:16 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Taft Avenue.
10:24 p.m. – Police responded to a report of suspicious activity involving kids on Robinson Road.
Tuesday, Jan. 3
12:01 a.m. – Suspicious persons were reported on Hudson Road.
12:57 a.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop at Mass and Rowland avenues, marijuana was found in the vehicle and its operator was cited for possession of less than an ounce.
1:07 p.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident at Bedford Street and Hartwell Avenue.
2:52 p.m. – Police responded to a parking complaint about vehicles parked in a fire lane on Maguire Road.
4:55 p.m. – Officers were dispatched to a reported attempted breaking and entering on Whittier Road.
5:29 p.m. – Police responded to a reported past hit-and-run accident on Mass Ave. 11:23 p.m. – Andrew C. Vesprini, 26, of 290 Bedford St., Lexington, was arrested on a Lexington warrant for larceny from a building.
Wednesday, Jan. 4
4:36 p.m. – A gas station manager on Waltham Street told police he caught two teens trying to steal a bag of Skittles and handled the situation, along with their parents.
5:15 p.m. – Police responded to a reported mother-daughter domestic dispute on Harbell Street.
11:28 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Mass Ave, Mark E. Bell, 53, of 232 North Road, Bedford, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker.
Thursday, Jan. 5
11:37 a.m. – A Nickerson Road resident reported a past vandalism involving a motor vehicle driving across the lawn.
12:03 p.m. – Officers assisted with a Clarke Middle School student who was refusing to go to school.
2:07 p.m. – A Wood Street resident reported the nameplate on the front of his house was ripped off and smashed on the ground.
5:32 p.m. – Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident at Bedford Street and Harrington Road.
8:51 p.m. – Police investigators followed up an online ad and arrested a Medford woman for allegedly working as a prostitute out of a Bedford Street hotel. Heather A. Lynch, 24, of 50 Water St., Medford, was charged with engaging in sex for a fee.
