Police Log: Teen Arrested After Police Crash Party

The following information from April 20 to April 22 was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest not indicate a conviction.

Friday, April 20

1:17 a.m. – A loud party was reported on Smith Avenue.

3:27 p.m. – A parking complaint came in reporting a vehicle blocking a driveway on Mass Ave.

10:33 p.m. – A cruiser checked out a report of a person looking into cars on Mass Ave.

11:41 p.m. – A patrol officer in the Bedford Street area located five subjects with a small amount of marijuana and a bong. They all were given civil citations, according to the police report. This was the day’s only marijuana-related incident, police said.

Saturday, April 21

2:30 a.m. – State police relayed a call from a resident reporting she was being abused on Lowell Street. According to the police report, the resident was upset staff was not providing her with her medication, but the staff said she doesn’t have any there.

12:44 p.m. – Suspicious persons were reported on Patriots Drive.

12:59 p.m. – A caller reported mulch in the roadway in the area of Douglas and Fulton roads.

10:38 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a large party in the woods off Cutler Farm Road and found more a group with alcohol and a campfire. Police identified at least 20 Lexington youths, and many more fled off, according to the police report. Brian L. Segreve, 18, of 19 Flintlock Road, Lexington, was arrested and charged with being a minor transporting liquor.

11:30 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported in the area of Grassland and Valleyfield streets.

Sunday, April 22

1:07 a.m. – A noise complaint came in reporting a large group on Ridge Avenue.

12:06 p.m. – Officers investigated a reported motor vehicle accident in the area of Lowell and Maple streets.

4:35 p.m. – A Waltham Street restaurant manager reported a customer acting inappropriately. The male customer was given a verbal trespass notice, to be followed up by a written letter, the police report said.

11:42 p.m. – After being stopped at by Hanscom security at the gate on Hartwell Avenue, Nitalia Vitalye Thiphavong, 37, of 5 Dawes Terrace, Hanscom AFB, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
