Two Arrested for Motor Vehicle Related Charges
The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, September, 3
Arrest: Police arrested Richard Marcos, 41, of 71 Hale Street, Beverly, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating a motor vehicle without lights.
At 9:14 a.m. a Worthen Road caller reported vandalism to property with spray paint.

At 3:21 p.m. a Woburn Street caller reported a hit and run accident.
Wednesday, September 4-

At 12 a.m. police responded to a residential breaking and entering on Blake Road.
Thursday, September 5-
Arrests: Police arrested Susan Lepera, 39, of 11 Cheryl Lane, Waltham, on a charge of violating a domestic protective order.
Police arrested Anne March, 60, of 7 Horman Street, North Billerica, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Arrest made at 9:17 p.m. on Hartwell Avenue.
