Two Arrested for Motor Vehicle Related Charges, Credit Card Fraud Reported

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, October 29-

Police arrested David Lucero, 31, of 119 Charles St., Waltham, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and a red light violation. Arrest made at 8:26 p.m. on Waltham Street.

At 11:40 a.m. a Gleason Road caller reported stolen credit cards and unauthorized charges on her account that happened on October 23. Card used in Melrose for $250 purchase. Under investigation.

At 2:37 p.m. there was a road rage incident reported on Bedford Street.

Wednesday, October 30-

Police arrested Albert Brignolo, 24, of 22 Hilsdale Road, Medford, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

At 7:21 p.m. there was a report of a dog bite on Adams Street.

At 9:01 p.m. a Lexington Ridge Drive resident reported fraud. Caller reported she was informed that someone in New York was using her son’s date of birth and Social Security number to get benefits.

 

Thursday, October 31-

At 11:39 a.m. there was a report of a live wire down on Solomon Pierce.

At 2:14 p.m. there was a report of a hit and run accident on Lincoln Street.

At 2:37 p.m. police located a person with a non-criminal amount of marijuana.
