Woman Arrested for Prostitution, Man Reports Knife Assault

The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, November 24-

At 3:54 p.m. there was a report of a noise complaint on Lowell Street. It was a loud party.

At 3:08 p.m. there was a report of a tree limb in the road on Fairfield Drive.

At 3:29 p.m. there was a report of a large tree limb down in the road on Woodpark Circle.

At 4:44 p.m. a Grove Street caller reported a tree limb fell on their house.

Monday, November 25-

Police arrested Leasia Patrice Jones-Ward, 22, of 43 Tennis Road, Boston, on charge of prostitution, sexual conduct for a fee.  Arrest made at 9:04 p.m. 

At 11:10 a.m. there was a report of a hit and run accident with damage on Main Campus Drive.

At 3:59 p.m. there was a report of a tree limb down on John Hosmer Lane.

At 5:36 p.m. there was a report of assault with a dangerous weapon on Mass. Avenue and Depot Square. A party came into police station and reported he was assaulted on Bedford Street and the suspect approached him and put knife to neck and said "stay away from my girlfriend." The man said he doesn’t know the person or the woman. Suspect described as about 17 years old, white, about 5-foot 7-inches tall with a medium build and fuzzy hair.
