League of Women Voters Candidates’ Night on Thursday

The event will be at the Clarke Middle School.

The annual League of Women Voters of Lexington’s Candidates’ Night will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13 at the Clarke Middle School.

The night provides voters an opportunity meet with Town Meeting candidates as well as hear from those running for town-wide office.

From 7 to 7:45 p.m., Town Meeting candidates will gather in the cafeteria to meet over refreshments and exchange ideas with voters from their precincts.

At 7:45 p.m., candidates seeking town-wide office will be in the auditorium. Those running for town moderator, Board of Selectmen, Planning Board, School Committee and Housing Authority will give statements, which will be followed by a moderated question and answer period.

Admission is free.
