Participants will attend interactive workshops led by Town and School staff at their respective facilities. Through presentations, discussions, and visits to town departments, residents will gain a deeper understanding of how Lexington's town government operates.
There is no fee to attend the Academy. Early registration is recommended as the Academy will be limited to 30 participants. Efforts will be made to be inclusive of all age groups. Preference will be given to those who have not previously served on any Town Boards or Committees, and those with fewer than five years of experience as Town Meeting Members.
