This evening, over on Burlington Patch you'll have the opportunity to ask it without leaving the comfort of your home (or wherever you happen to be).

A little background on the project: Back in fall 2010, the Gutierrez Company entered an agreement to potentially purchase the 15.3 acre piece of state-owned land that located adjacent to Wheeler Road and near the Middlesex Turnpike from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, often referred to as the Canyon Site. Gutierrez determined the piece of land would be ideal for a retail location eventually began discussions with Target.

The plan calls for a Target location, owned by the retailer, and an adjacent restaurant location Gutierrez is planning to lease to a restaurant group.

Tonight, beginning at 6 p.m., Burlington Patch will hold a live chat with Weiss on the proposed Target project before the zoning change vote at Burlington's Town Meeting next Monday.
