Three most expensive 

150 East Street - A large 7,549 square foot home that sits on a 1.24-acre lot. The home features a spacious floor plan and has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. There is also a bluestone patio with a fireplace. It is listed for just over $3.2 million. 

6 Oak Park Circle - This Georgian colonial, built in 2006, has 7,893 square feet of floorspace. It has 6 bedrooms and 8 baths and features a solarium, sauna and media room. It is listed for just under $2.8 million. 

10 Alcott Road - This 14-room Colonial, built in 2013, features a Cook's kitchen, a large family room and a first-floor office. It has 6 bedrooms, 7 baths and 7,000 square feet of floorspace. The home is listed for $2.7 million. 

The least expensive 

14 Judges Road #14 - Currently the cheapest listing in Lexington this condo, built in 1978, has 1,165 square feet of floorspace. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and is listed for $199,900. 

71 Fifer Lane - This condo, built in 1977, has 1,680 square feet of floorspace. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and features a living room with a fireplace. There is also an in-ground pool at the property. The condo is listed for $439,000. 

34 Woburn Street - This condo, built in 1890, is 7,840 square feet. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and features an enclosed front porch and a large eat-in kitchen. It is listed for $450,000.
