In this interactive session, Lisa and Bryan Levey will share strategies for creating a partnership approach to work and family management while raising children. Lisa D’Annolfo Levey's recently published book The Libra Solution: Shedding Excess and Redefining Success at Work and at Home profiles this partnership work-life model for dual career couples. Lisa and Bryan will highlight perspectives and concrete practices which underlie The Libra Solution, enabling couples to split up the pie of responsibility more equitably, sharing ownership for both the domestic and economic needs of the family.
