Kripalu Yoga gentle/moderate

Beginners and all levels welcomed and encouraged.  If you are new to yoga, or a seasoned practioner, you can stretch and strengthen your body at your own pace.

Kripalu Yoga develops the body, mind and spirit in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. Students are guided to move at their own pace, honoring your body’s needs in each moment.  This practice incorporates asanas (postures), pranyama (breath) and meditation linking body, mind and spirit.  You leave the class feeling uplifted and centered.
