A recap look at the games and stories Patch covered in and around Lexington this week.

The Summer Bay State Games continued around the region earlier this week, with at least one Lexington resident helping out the Metro squad.

Michelle Feenstra, a rising sophomore at Lexington Christian Academy, was when it handed the Northeast/Central team a loss last Saturday. One of just two rising sophomores on the Metro team, Feenstra didn’t score in her squad’s 18-11, but did plenty to contribute.

On Thursday, Patch caught up with LHS golfer Jason Tzannes. Not only did he recently in Gardner, but he did so while hobbled with a knee injury. Tzannes will be entering his senior year for the Minutemen in the fall.
