The Vine Brook Tavern is holding an educational cooking program for children on Saturday starting at 2 p.m.
Executive Chef Chris Frothingham will show children cooking basics; how to season dishes, how to use a knife, when to add butter and creams and maybe even how to cook a dinner for their parents, an announcement of the program states.
The Kids Can Cook event is limited to 24 guests (12 sets of one parent / guardian and one child). Cost to attend is $35 cash only on the day of the event.
