They were completely gobbled up - the map of Guinea went first. I don't know how you had the patience to make them all so uniform, but they were extraordinary. Yummy cupcakes and cookies that are a work of art - you must try them. My entire family enjoys the treats from Baker's Blooms. My daughter requested dolphin cupcakes for her birthday (whole wheat and whilte flour) - they were a BIG hit with both the kids and the adults. The adults preferred the cupcakes without any icing but of course kids being kids, the children went for the icing first. My daughter also likes it when I include a "special" cookie in her lunch box. One of my favorites is the pansey flower. Though the bunny theme for Easter was a big hit with her friends at school.
I used Baker's Bloom this past Thanksgiving to make cookies as placeholders for our overly large family Thanksgiving dinner. All of the guests were really tickled by the beautifully decorated cookie and even MORE thrilled when they discovered that the cookies tasted even better than they looked! I buy the cookies whenever I see them at the farmer's market or at Wagon Wheel and am just waiting for my next chance to place a big order for an event. Ravneet (the baker) is creative, professional and a joy to work with!
Baker's Bloom put together delicious party favor cookie bags for my little dog Bailey's 16th birthday party as well as two beautiful gift baskets for my vet and kennel. The cookies were in the shape/features of my dog, her favorite lobster toy and a bone with her name on it. Everyone receiving a gift bag thought it was such a clever idea and remarked on how creative the bakery was that did it. The lady at the kennel asked if I had made the cookies and of course I couldn't take the credit. I received two phone calls from the vet office thanking me for the gift basket and how impressed they were with it. I would gladly use Baker's Bloom again for a party, special occasion or unique gift.
