I recently had my the lash extensions applied at Beauty Couture by Jenn K. She was very sweet and did a wonderful job on my lashes. I love them! I have gone back again for a fill and loving them more. Everywhere I go I get compliments and highly recommend Beauty Couture. Melanie has been amazing with accomodating my schedule and introducing me to the skin care line (neocutis), which I can now not live without! Such a difference in my skin in such a short time! I recently went to Beauty Couture at their new location in Wellesley for eyelash extensions on a Living Social Coupon. The service and application were both terrific. Unfortunately, I had a severe reaction to the extensions and called the salon. I was told by the owner that it would pass and they had seen it with several clients. She told me to take Benadryl and she would call back to check on me later that day. I asked if I could come in and have them removed, but she said it was a long and complicated process. I never heard back from the salon even after calling them again. I found another salon that removed the extensions (it took twenty minutes!). I am extremely disappointed that I never received a call back or an offer to have me come in to have the lashes removed. I missed two days of work, spent $130 on the Coupon, $30 on a tip and another $40 at the other salon to remove the lashes. Beauty Couture should have a plan in place for clients that have a reaction. The removal process is simple! Beware!
