Lexington Place is located at the site of the former Battle Green Inn on Waltham Street. These condominiums opened in 2010. Lexington Place is a beautiful,  "mixed-use" complex, combining 30 condominium units and five retail spaces. The complex was built to meet green standards, meaning it will use less resources such as water and energy, than a traditionally built complex. As required by the Town of Lexington, three of the condominium units were allocated for low-income housing and have already been sold and occupied.
