Lexington Man Temporarily Banned from Boston for Alleged Graffiti
The man was also given a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew while his case is pending.
A Lexington man and an Arlington teen allegedly spray painted roughly 27 light poles in Boston’s Back Bay early Monday morning. Andrew Vesprini, 27, and Isaac Lehman, 18, were arrested by Boston Police at about 2:03 a.m. Monday and charged with damage to property by graffiti, according to a Boston Police Department release. The two appeared in front of Boston Municipal Court Judge Sally Kelly later Monday. Kelly released both men on their own recognizance with orders to stay out of the City of Boston and abide by a curfew of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. while their cases are pending, according to Suffolk County District Attorney spokesman Jake Wark.
