Lexington selectmen approve Public Works items and more.

Lexington’s Board of Selectmen last night approved a host of Public Works-related items, including the formation of a task force charged with studying possibilities for future trash and recycling contracts. The board also agreed to allow long-time former residents to purchase burial plots at Westview Cemetery, endorsed a proclamation recognizing the week of May 15 as National Public Works Week and cleared up regulations for wine sales at the Lexington Farmers’ Market.
