School Committee votes on Bridge and Bowman renovation project cost and the Friends of the Library's fall lecture series concludes today in Lexington.

1. The School Committee meets at 7:30 p.m. in its final meeting before a Nov. 14 special Town Meeting takes up the proposed Bridge and Bowman project. The agenda includes voting on the cost of the renovation projects (most likely $21,609,000) as well as reports on 2011 MCAS and a technology report on fiscal 2013 capital. 2. Other public meetings posted for today on the town website include the Capital Expenditures Committee at 8 a.m. at the Cary Memorial Building and the Noise Advisory Committee at 7:30 p.m. at Cary Hall. 3.
