A look inside the filming of LexGO! Talk Show's spring fashion episode, airing May 11 to June 1.

The carpet was purple and blue, but the designs befitting of a more crimson runner. That was the scene inside the LexMedia studios on Wednesday afternoon as resident Colleen Smith's LexGO! Talk Show filmed a fashion show with a focus on the spring and prom seasons.  Smith sat on-set beside Emilia Delgado, a local designer and owner of Emilia Creations on Mass Ave in Lexington, as a few Lexington High School students and local moms modeled dresses that highlighted the latest trends and Delgado's signature silk designs. Bright colors, like teal and orange, are big this year, the women said, but Delgado suggests pairing a bright color with a classic shape.  "People shouldn't be afraid to wear colors," she said. Taking It Personally

Taking It Personally: Advantages of Being Low-Def In a High-Def World

But it may mean you have more remotes to lose.

This was a highly technical and, at the same time, a highly frustrating weekend. Although, after an adult life spent wrestling professionally with computers and their ilk, maybe I have just repeated myself.  Technical so often equals frustrating. It think it all started right after the arrest of Whitey Bulger. With all those new pictures of him flying around, the calls, emails and other personal contacts started almost immediately.
