At a facilitated discussion held Tuesday, Sept. 27, Lexington residents began to answer the questions “What does community mean?” and “How can we find it together?”
Transportation, information, integration and Tai Chi were among the recurring themes that cropped up during Tuesday night’s Community Conversation about defining and finding community. More than 100 residents pulled up chairs inside St. Brigid’s Keilty Hall and attempted to answer the broad questions brought forward by event sponsors and supporters, including the League of Women Voters and several other town groups, departments and organizations. Residents were randomly assigned to tables with colored cloths, facilitators and scribes.
