It's a big year, this 2013. Why? Well, because we beat the Mayan calendar and made it past 2012! But it's also a gigantic year because you can get involved and share all things Lexington like never before. We have certainly grown and changed since we started. Last week, we looked back on 2011. Now, we turn the focus forward and take a look at 2012. What will the big story in Lexington this year? Take our poll and let us know in the comments section below.
A new year starts today and with that comes the promise of endless possibilities and all sorts of stories as we look at what 2012 will hold for Lexington. From local, state and national elections to school building projects to preparing Lexington's tercentennial celebrations, there's a lot on tap for 2012 -- and that's not even getting into things like Busa Farms, a just-started Fire Department study or the set of significant zoning changes proposed for Lexington Center. We know we're only scratching the surface here.
