Lexington Man and Co-Worker Win $50 Million Powerball Jackpot

Winning ticket was sold at the Shell station on Waltham Street in Lexington.

Dec. 12, 2012 was more than a once-in-a-lifetime date, it was indeed a lucky day for co-workers Reginald LeBlanc of Lexington and Rosa DeLeon of Arlington who reportedly are set to split a $50 million Powerball prize.  LeBlanc and DeLeon purchased a ticket yesterday at the Lexington Shell station on Waltham Street that matched all six-numbers drawn last night, according to the Mass Lottery website and the organization’s Twitter feed. The winning numbers were 08-10-25-36-44, Power Ball 28, the Lottery website said. An official announcement will be made at 1:30 p.m. today at a press conference at lottery headquarters. Powerball winners can choose between annual payments over 29 years or a lump sum of $33 million before taxes. According to …
