National Backpack Awareness Day: Spaulding Outpatient Center for Children Lexington is celebrating their second annual Backpack Awareness Day with a free event from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1 Maguire Road. All patients, families, and community members are invited to attend, and therapists will be available to discuss and identify properly fitting backpacks to ensure your child’s safety. 2. LexFUN! Open House: There's a chance to learn all about LexFUN! and celebrate the Five and Under Network's 70th anniversary at an open house from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. today at Cary Library. 3.
