Jay Kaufman's award-winning public policy forum, "Open House", provides a special treat this month, with back to back folk concerts on Tuesday, May 7, and Tuesday, May 14, both to be held 7 p.m. at the historic Depot in Lexington Center. Joining Kaufman for the first Open House, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, will be singer/songwriter David Roth. Lexington’s representatives to the State Legislature, state Sen. Mike Barrett, state Sen. Ken Donnelly and state Rep. Jay Kaufman, will be answering your questions at a Q-&-A forum at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 30 at Cary Memorial Hall. The public is encouraged to bring questions on 3 x 5 cards. Cards will also be available at the event. Sponsored by the Lexington Town Meeting Members Association and the League of Women Voters of Lexington, and moderated by Lexington Town Meeting Moderator Deborah Brown, this will be an opportunity for citizens to directly ask questions of their representatives.
