1. Time's Running Out to Register to Vote in Sept. 6 State Primaries: This Friday, Aug. 17, is the deadline to register to vote in the Sept. 6 state primary. 1. Dinner in the Field: Dining doesn't get much more local than a dinner eaten in a farm's field. Wilson Farm is holding its first "Dinner in the Field" of the season at 6:30 p.m. tonight. It's also the first for new executive chef Jeff Peters. Concerto Concert: This evening’s program, which begins at 7:30 p.m. at Lexington High School, features the Chamber Orchestra performing the Viola Concerto, movement 1-Allegro by Sir William Walton; Senior violist Carolyn Chang, one of this year’s Concerto Competition winners will be the featured soloist. The Orchestra will also play Variations on Themes from Verdi's Rigoletto by Luigi Bassi with Junior Thomas Jeon '13, also a winner of the Concerto Competition, featured as the clarinet soloist.
