My art is based on impressions of images, unique objects, buildings, and unusual faces all rendered, recast and recreated through my talent as remarkable works of art. I am recognized for my unique sense of color and my innate ability to translate "from mind to media".

I was born into a family of professional artists and musicians in Clermont Ferrand, France and have been surrounded by fine art and classical music my entire life. Both my mother and grandmother were concert level pianists and teachers. My cousin Pierre Argillet was Salvador Dali's friend and publisher for approximately 50 years. My brother Jean Francois Livet, a widely recognized professional photographer, was Dali's personal photographer from 1964 through 1965. My Uncle Jean Phillipe (Roc) Repolt, an accomplished musician and sculptor, played with l'Orchestre Lamoureux in Paris and created a series of bronze cast medallions for the United Nations. During the summers, at my family’s vacation home on Rue des Nobles in Saint-Saturnin, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing and his family were neighbors and close family friends.

I studied art at l'ecole Superieure des Beaux-Arts in France and later spent a year studying art in North Africa.

My innate ability to communicate ideas, impressions, and mental images through my creativity and remarkable use of colors, forms, and media sets me apart. I am equally comfortable expressing my creativity through a variety of media. I have produced many unique pieces ranging from multimedia collage, oil on canvas, clay, to a series of raku masks.
