About karen

We opened nourish restaurant in Lexington center in the summer of 2009.  Our mission is to build a community around local food, music and art.  We welcome a diverse group of diners with our eclectic menu, music nights and special events.  I am deeply committed to changing our current food system to a more just and sustainable one.  When not in the restaurant I can often be found in my own garden, raising food, fruit and berries for my family and trying to outsmart squirrels, rabbits and other creatures in the process!

Hi,

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people. I just wanted to pass this along. …Or If it’s not too much trouble, pledge on something (they are offering great things!) and if you can also please pass this along to your friends.
