Kelly hails from Highland Falls, NY, and made her way to Massachusetts for college. She is a 2006 graduate of Boston College, and a 2008 graduate of Boston University, where she got a master's degree in print journalism. Kelly has written for the Allston-Brighton TAB, the Norwalk Hour, Capitol File magazine and Hamptons Online.  Kelly's favorite things in the world are college basketball and traveling, and she currently resides in Brighton.
