  I have to say I agree strongly with comments here by Peggy Dunn and Christine McNamara. I live very near to block of Boston Rd and Summer Street. There are a good number of walkers, traffic issues and safety concerns aplenty. I recently have heard folks talking about the nice atmosphere in Andover regarding "village atmosphere" shops. Maybe that's a direction to explore as the Center is in the midst of a make-over.
