Join us for this conversation about media and its positive and negative effects on societal behavior as well as the development of children.

Panelists include: Michael Rich, MD, MPH, Director and Founder of the Center on Media and Child Health at Boston Children’s Hospital; author and child development expert, Nancy Carlsson-Paige, Professor Emerita, Lesley University; and Tom Fiedler, Dean, College of Communication, Boston University.  The program will be moderated by Anthony Brooks, co-host of WBUR's Radio Boston.
The program is the kick-off to a year-long community discussion about this topic with several opportunities for parents, caregivers educators and youth to learn more and as well as develop strategies for using media in a healthy way.  The forum and ongoing programs are being planned and developed by volunteers from the Lexington community and the League of Women Voters.
